Lehiのようになろう!😤🙌

Konnichiwa minasan!

Yesterday was my only Easter in japan on my mission! Last year it was while i was in the mtc! Church was one hour and 3 of our friends came at 11am instead of 10am (they were busy in the morning, but came as fast as they could) that was a little sad, but it's ok!

On sunday after church we visited a lot of inactive members and shared an Easter message with them! It was by far the best visiting I've ever done! 2 of them said we can come back and share more messages! One thing that was awesome is that the 2 who said we can come back said they are still in contact with Sister Shirakawa, one of the members in the ward. I think Shirakawa shimais hard work in staying in contact with these inactive members and being their friend really helped their hearts be more ready to hear our message! You guys have that power too!

By a series of unfortunate events, on Tuesday night we went from getting home at 8:40 to getting home at 10:15.... missing trains is crazy (my phone was dead and my comp is new to the area so we kept mission connections😭😭)

We keep meeting with lots of new people from sns! This week we had 3 and one of them has lots of potential! Also we have actually met with his brother before, but because the brothers friend said no he kinda followed the brother. I was hoping for a way to get him to come back, but God provided! We got into the stranger we met off the internet's car and he told us he was the other dudes brother! He has baseball ok Sunday mornings right now or else he would've come to church, but hopefully we can meet more!

Last Monday we met a dude named ippei! When we met him I couldn't help thinking that he was like Ayumu kyodai in shimonoseki...ganbarimasu. I love helping people who are trying to change their lives change them. It's so awesome to see them transform. (Ayumu kyodai was one of a kind, but this guy also wants to change his life and be better!)

Exchnages!
We had our first exchanges of the transfer (of 6 unless other people need them). The elder im with was super funny! He has been in the field for 5 transfers, but doesn't have too much experience doing missionary work. We need to apply ourselves in everything we do so that we can get everything we can from the experiences God gives us!

Be like Lehi! Lehiのようになろう!
We started doing a Book of Mormon study class on Monday nights for new members and for other members who want to join! Last week we read from 1 Nephi 8 about the vision of the tree of life! At the end I testified and asked if anyone else wanted to testify and all the members testified about their experiences and how there have been people in their lives like Lehi, calling them to the tree. They talked about the joy they've felt since they came, or came back. It was such a testimony about why we need to be like Lehi, we need to invite others to come unto Christ because they need Him. Find someone you can call out to. Be like these members friends and like Shirakawa shimai. I promise it will bless you and your friends' lives

I testify that this is the Church of Jesus Christ. I testify that it is the church of joy. Only in and through the Gospel and Atonement of Jesus Christ can we and our friends have eternal joy. I Testify that Christ's arms are open reaching for you. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen!

Love yall!
