First Zone Conference as ZL
Hello everyone! I hope you're all having a great week!
Zone Conference!
We had Zone Conference last week on Thursday! It was held in Shimonoseki, Ayumu Kyodai and Natsuki Shimai joined ZC too! Hiramatsu Shimai, Fukunaga shimai, and Muraoka shimai made curry for lunch for us! It was so good to see all the people from my old area again! Just a little background, I was only in Shimonoseki for 2 transfers since I opened the area (my beanchan stayed after those 2), and on my last Sunday I baptized Ayumu kyodai! He walked me to the station the morning i left, but this was really my first time seeing him since his baptism
He Is doing so Genki, and wants to leave on his mission in a year or two!
He Is doing so Genki, and wants to leave on his mission in a year or two! For the training we trained about how to invite your friends to become gospel friends, and then about dropping them when they say no. I consider myself an enthusiastic dropper...I mean if you wanna find 5 people a week you have to drop about 5 a week too. And when you drop it doesn't mean they lost their chance at exaltation. The spirit can remind them of the things you've taught them when they are ready to learn and grow. They will always have your contact.

Boss Sunday visit
President and Sister Boss came to kitakyushu ward on Sunday! It was really cool to hear their talks and for our friends to get to meet them. We had 4 friends at church and one of them, Ganesh (found by my ζγγPhillipsι·θ) told Sister Boss that he wanted to be a missionary! He's 25 now so he'd kinda have to hurry, we told him that, but he still doesn't want to be baptized yet.

Sakura!
Since I went to ishigaki when I got to japan A YEAR AGO TODAY, the Sakura was already all gone (it's way hot down there) so this week was really my first time seeing Sakura! There's been some other darker pink stuff the last few weeks (those are ume (plum) trees), but the Sakura is sakuing! (Japanese joke) Picks on the album!
My sister said she signed the twins up for kindergarten last week
all grown up
all grown upJustin was at a band competition for 18 hours and has state next week
Jacob is still madly in love
Congratulations Emily!
It's crazy to think that the last person I saw before I was sucked into the MTC (my cousin Emily Logan (not Emily Tezen)) is about to have twins in a few weeks! I love you Emily (you too Emily Tezen)!

3 of the friends that came to church were referrals from one of our new members (we have 4 new members
) He showed such a good example to us with being patient with them, and trusting in the power of prayer!
