Week number ๐Ÿ˜จ๐Ÿ’ฅ

Hello family and friends! Back to a real email! The last few weeks have been short but I'm back on track! (At least for today) Updates: I felt rich today (ๅฎŸใฏ่ฒงไนใงใ™) so I spent lots of money on groceries...it's gonna be a good week! By lots I mean like $35-40 and next week should be super cheap bc I bought lots! Our friend Ayumu san is on BAPTISMAL DATE! We had 2 eikaiwas with him where we shared first about prayer and then church, he came to church and then we invited him to take the lessons! During the first lesson we had an amazing member joint from Makoto kyodai (Shimonoseki branch is literally the best branch out there.... sorry ishigaki. But it's OK, your pineapple is the best. And your senior missionaries ๐Ÿ˜ฃ) OK but we were talking about the Atonement and he was really understanding and believing it. (Earlier that day we had a role play with a member where we shared Alma 7: 7-14 to teach about Christ) I felt prompted to use the same scriptures with Ayumu and when we got to verse 14 (basically if you want the Atonement you need to get baptized) it was clear to me that we needed to invited him to be baptized. I looked over at my companion (2nd transfer, Japanese is rough yall give him a break) and he was just smiling looking at our friend so I was like... ok, we are doing this! I invited to him and he said, "no problem" in english. (That's japenglish for yes)! His baptismal date is on 12/1, in two weeks! We haven't taught him any of the commandments yet but I feel like It shouldn't be a problem but please pray for him! Nyein san left our group chat :( We will try to message him again next week sometime after hes had some time to think. We went to a food giveaway service thing and then since there were no people who needed the food they gave some to us! Free rice! We also found someone who lives in Yamaguchi who wants to go to the church for eikaiwa! We found out that the sweet potato service thing we were helping with is acutally out of our area and district... that was a fun message to the Zls, this was there respose:
So yes! I'm home! (Joke) (I love baldauf choro) My parents sent me a Christmas package :') Way too expensive and now I have to wait for a month an a half to open it, but I'm so grateful! I had a great exchange with Baldaf choro in kitakyushu, we didnt get to go to Indo Curry because the Kitakyushu elders are too good and we had too many lessons! Idk If I said this before or not but we went to our friends Indo curry place in shimonoseki and he let us in the kitchen and taught us how to make Nan. Yall better watch out when I show back up to america with a tandori in my suitcase. (Look it up if you don't know what it is) I can't remember if I talked about all the Hiroshima stuff in the last email. We got to go a few hours early on Pday and see the Atomic Bomb Dome, Museum, and Hiroshima Castle! Pics down below! Yall are awesome, I love you! Have a good week! See you in almost a year :/.... too fast. Also we went back to the normal 6:30-10:30 schedual! Elder Rasmussen! Photos: https://photos.app.goo.gl/LKr5qY3i11DHJsTs6
